Clinical Treatment Leader
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced clinician to lead our clinical treatment team. This individual will play a key role in the management functions at our facility, supporting company-wide initiatives such as implementing innovative technologies and promoting clinical efficiency.
Responsibilities include:
- Developing effective clinical programming in collaboration with the Clinical Director
- Ensuring staff compliance with the curriculum
- Auditing and completing documentation within required timeframes to ensure compliance with company policy, state regulations, and Joint Commission standards
- Monitoring group therapy sessions to ensure quality programming is delivered and adherence to the program curriculum
- Assessing patients for substance use disorders, risk to self or others, and co-occurring mental health disorders
Requirements:
- Masters degree in Social Work, Counseling, or a related human services field
- Independently licensed in the State of practice (Florida) in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health counselor, or other behavioral health-related fields
- A minimum of 2 years' experience in the mental health field
