Job Description
We are seeking a highly skilled Mental Health Clinician Lead to join our team at Advanced Recovery Systems. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading our clinical treatment program, supporting the management functions at our facility and promoting clinical efficiency through innovative technologies.
The Mental Health Clinician Lead will work closely with the Clinical Director to develop effective clinical programming, ensure staff compliance to the curriculum and audit documentation within required timeframes to maintain compliance with company policy, state regulations, Joint Commission standards and Medical Needs Criteria.
- A Master's Degree in Social Work, Counseling or related human services field is required.
- Independently licensed in the State of practice (FL) is required in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health counselor or other behavioral health related fields.
- A minimum of 2 years' of work experience in mental health field is required.
