Job Description
Clinicians at The Recovery Village are responsible for managing patient caseloads and providing group, individual, and family therapy. They conduct psychosocial and bio-psychosocial assessments, collaborate with the treatment team to formulate the Master Treatment Plan, and assist with discharge planning.
Required Skills and Qualifications
To be successful in this role, candidates must possess a Master's Degree and at least two years of clinical experience in the mental health field. Registration with the state of Florida as a Licensed Marriage & Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) is also required. Preference may be given to candidates with a Preferred License, while a Minimum Credential will be accepted.
