JOB TITLE : Community Program Manager Moderator-Contract
LOCATION : Remote (must be based in the USA)
PAY RATE : $35- $45ph / W2
START DATE : March 2nd, 2025
DURATION : approximately 6 months (possible extension)
HOURS : Monday- Friday, 30 hours per week
SUMMARY :
A popular and well-known technology cloud-based company is looking to hire a Community Program Manager Moderator to join their team for a 6 month contract opportunity. The business is migrating to a new community platform and this individual will be handling discussions, replies and overall day-to-day Community admin tasks. As far as Community Product launches, Will help craft community product launches with pre and post messages and leverage the other cross-functional teams for support.
RESPONSIBILITIES :
- Day-to-day management of community activities, including moderation, user support, and content updates.
- Development and implementation of engagement strategies for new programs.
- Coordination with internal teams to align community efforts with broader company goals.
- Analytics and reporting on leading indicators to track program performance and inform iterative improvements.
- Support for virtual event logistics.
- Will be involved in discussions, reply's in the community moderations. Admin tasks, announcements, new features, news and updates about what's happening in the business, have some smaller user groups which involve daily correspondence with marketers, higher education & AI audiences- will need to engage with group anything from registration, event planning, zooms, etc.
