Job Summary:
We are seeking an organized, detail-oriented, and customer-focused Administrative/Clerical Support Staff to join our team on a temporary assignment. As a front desk receptionist, you will be the first point of contact for the public, vendors, and contractors. In this role, you will provide a variety of administrative and office support duties while delivering high-level customer service. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, a positive attitude, and proficiency in Microsoft Office programs (Word, Outlook, Excel).

Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist visitors, vendors, and contractors at the front desk
- Answer and direct phone calls in a professional and courteous manner
- Perform general clerical tasks, including filing, data entry, and document preparation
- Maintain office organization and ensure smooth daily operations
- Handle scheduling, appointments, and correspondence
- Provide administrative support to various departments as needed
- Ensure a positive and welcoming environment for all visitors
- Utilize Microsoft Office tools (Word, Outlook, Excel) to complete tasks and manage data
- Assist with other office duties as required by management
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent (some college preferred)
- Previous administrative or clerical experience is a plus
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Outlook, Excel)
- Excellent customer service skills with a friendly and professional demeanor
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to multitask and manage time effectively
- Positive attitude and willingness to contribute to a team environment
