Position Overview
The Front Desk Coordinator will handle day-to-day administrative tasks, ensure clear communication with clients and staff, and maintain the smooth flow of front office operations. This position is critical in providing the first impression of our business to guests and callers.
Key Responsibilities
Greet visitors and clients in a friendly, professional manner
Answer and direct phone calls promptly and accurately
Respond to emails and voicemails in a timely fashion
Keep internal phone lists and directories up to date
Assist with meeting preparations and general office coordination
Manage scanning of job folders and document organization
Monitor and replenish office supplies as needed
Handle mailings, filing, and other administrative tasks as assigned by management
What You Bring
High school diploma or GED
1–3 years of experience in customer service or administrative roles preferred
Previous experience in a call center or construction/trade environment is a plus
Bilingual (Spanish/English) is a plus
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Ability to multi-task, stay organized, and work efficiently
Minimum 18 years of age
Valid driver’s license and insurable driving record
Must pass a background check and pre-employment drug screening
Working Conditions
Full-time, onsite role in a dog-friendly office
Must adhere to OSHA, state, and federal safety regulations
