What You'll Do
- Manage all incoming client service, maintenance, and warranty calls in a professional and courteous manner.
- Assign service tickets to technicians based on schedules and geographical locations.
- Coordinate service appointments, ensuring access to job sites and accurate documentation.
- Keep customer and consultant data current in the CRM system.
- Process service tickets into billings, ensuring proper documentation from technicians.
- Perform collection calls on past-due invoices and assist with accounting functions.
- Handle employee HR-related inquiries and assist the HR team with compliance and onboarding tasks.
- Conduct new hire orientations and coordinate start-up checklists, including distribution of necessary equipment.
- Manage departmental timesheets and coordinate with the payroll administrator.
- Maintain office supplies, handle administrative tasks, and support special projects as directed by the manager.
