What You'll Do
- Manage client service calls from start to finish, ensuring clear communication.
- Assign and schedule service tickets for technicians based on location and availability.
- Keep customer databases accurate and up to date.
- Coordinate service appointments and ensure all documentation is complete.
- Process invoices within 24-48 hours and assist with collections as needed.
- Participate in a mandatory on-call program when active in the role, with overtime opportunities.
- High school diploma or GED.
- 0-3 years of experience dispatching technicians (roofing or construction preferred).
- Strong customer service and organizational skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Bilingual in Spanish/English is a plus!
