We are seeking a skilled Roofer to join our team. Responsibilities
- Install, repair, and maintain roofs using a variety of materials including shingles, metal, and tiles.
- Read and interpret blueprints and schematics to determine project specifications.
- Perform frame carpentry tasks as needed to support roofing installations.
- Ensure proper alignment and plumb of roofing structures during installation.
- Lay tile and stucco as part of roofing projects or repairs.
- Restore existing roofs by repairing leaks or replacing damaged sections.
- Collaborate with team members to complete projects efficiently and safely.
- Follow all safety regulations and guidelines while on the job site.
- Maintain tools and equipment in good working condition.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Roofer or in a similar role within the construction industry.
- Proficiency in reading blueprints and schematics related to roofing projects.
- Knowledge of frame carpentry, metal stud framing, drywall installation, tile laying, stucco application, welding, and restoration techniques is preferred.
- Ability to work at heights safely and effectively.
- Strong attention to detail with a commitment to quality workmanship.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot issues on-site.
- Physical stamina to perform manual labor for extended periods, including lifting heavy materials.
- Valid driver's license may be required for transportation to job sites.

Compensation Package:
