Our sleep center is seeking an experienced Medical Receptionist. The ideal candidate will possess excellent customer service and communication skills, and be familiar with medical terminology. Our busy Center is the leading provider of sleep disorder diagnosis, treatment and management and we offer a comprehensive benefits package and competitive salary.
Responsibilities:
- Be friendly and helpful even when the doctor's office is busy.
- Answer questions about patient information confidentiality and insurance.
- Know when to ask for help and when to let the situation resolve itself.
- Question patients about their medical history, medications, allergies, and current symptoms.
- Ask patients if they have taken their medications as prescribed.
Pay: From $15.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
