Job Summary:
As a Customer Support Specialist, you will play a key role in managing our customer support operations and ensuring efficient account setup processes. You will be responsible for handling distributor and provider inquiries, managing account clearances, and coordinating with our manufacturer partners. Additionally, you will oversee critical documentation processes and ensure accurate account management in our proprietary ordering and CRM software, Tissue Vault.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the Advanced Solution Support Team inbox, responding to customer inquiries efficiently and professionally.
- Address account setup inquiries from distributors and providers, ensuring a smooth onboarding experience.
- Communicate with manufacturer partners to confirm account clearance and setup.
- Utilize DocuSign to send Direct Purchase Agreements (DPAs) and Business Associate Agreements (BAAs) for execution.
- Process and manage accounts within our proprietary ordering and CRM software, Tissue Vault.
- Handle general inquiries and provide solutions that enhance the customer experience.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Previous experience in customer support, account management, or administrative roles preferred.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to interact effectively with distributors, providers, and manufacturer partners.
- Proficiency in email management and working with CRM or ordering software.
- Familiarity with DocuSign and handling business agreements is a plus.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
