Genesis Systems, Inc. and related entities are a business group that provides Information Technology Services (software development, support, hosting, etc.), CPA services, and other diverse activities. Operating nationally and internationally, the group has been in existence for over 37 years and continues to expand its operations.
We are seeking experienced Customer Service Specialists. The position provides for significant growth potential. As such, the position requires the employee to have knowledge of administrative duties, standard office software (Word / Excel, etc.), office protocol, and general office procedures. This position requires effective communication, both written and verbal, with management, staff, customers, and others associated with the company. Candidates are required to work from the office, but there is the potential to work from home.
Responsibilities
- Help end users seeking clarification on the software's features and functions
- Assist customers with the online order process to obtain certified copies of Birth, Death, and Marriage certificates
- Verify online certificate orders for completeness and ability to process
- Provide customer support relating to certificate orders (calls / chats / emails)
- Document record of customer calls (via data entry)
- Interact with clients and work with all levels of staff
- Work independently and take initiative to ambitiously expand the presence and operations of the companies
