We are looking for a dedicated, detail-oriented Office Manager to join our team and help us manage day-to-day operations efficiently.
Position Overview :
The Office Manager will play a key role in ensuring smooth and effective operations of the practice. This position requires a highly organized, professional individual who can handle multiple responsibilities in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate will be proactive, have excellent communication skills, and thrive under pressure while maintaining a positive and welcoming environment for patients and staff.
Key Responsibilities :
- Office Operations Management : Oversee daily office activities to ensure smooth operations and a positive patient experience.
- Patient Scheduling & Reception : Manage appointment scheduling, patient check-in / check-out, and coordination of patient flow.
- Billing & Insurance : Handle billing and coding for insurance claims,
- Staff Supervision & Training : Supervise administrative staff, provide training, and ensure adherence to office protocols.
- Patient Communication : Respond to patient inquiries, provide information about services, and address concerns in a timely and professional manner.
- Inventory Management : Monitor office supplies and ensure adequate stock of medical and office materials.
- Compliance & Record Keeping : Ensure patient records are up-to-date and maintained in compliance with HIPAA and other regulations.
- Office Environment Maintenance : Ensure that the office environment is clean, organized, and welcoming at all times.
- Other Duties : Perform other administrative tasks as needed to support the chiropractic team.
