The Office Manager will be responsible for completing internal job file quality reviews, preparing estimates and billing invoices, coordinating crew and job scheduling, performing basic accounting functions such as A/P, A/R, bookkeeping and payroll, and assisting other departments as needed. The ideal candidate will have 2 year(s) of administrative or office-related experience and be able to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented office environment.
