GENERAL STATEMENT OF DUTIES
We are seeking an organized and detail-oriented Operations Support Specialist to join our team. This individual will play a key role in supporting day-to-day operations across multiple departments, including Human Resources (HR), administrative operations, and clinical operations. The ideal candidate will demonstrate exceptional communication and multitasking skills while ensuring smooth operational flow within the organization.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
- Provide administrative support to the operations team.
- Must have an advanced level of experience with Excel, including pivot tables, macros, etc.
- Assist in maintaining office supplies, managing vendors, and coordinating office-related logistics.
- Support the management of company-wide projects, ensuring deadlines and tasks are met.
- Assist with administrative HR-related administrative tasks
- Support operations team in organizing training and development programs
- Assist with the upkeep of policies and procedures and develop/update training manuals.
- Provide general clerical and administrative support as needed.
EDUCATION
- High school diploma or equivalent (Associate’s degree or higher preferred).
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in an administrative or operations support role, preferably within a healthcare background.
EXPERIENCE
- Strong office and computer skills, experience with paperless workflows
- Prior use of healthcare practice management and EMR programs
- Advanced level of experience with MS products
KNOWLEDGE
- Proficient in MS Office
- Advanced level of MS Excel
- Work independently while maintaining a positive attitude
