Location: Tarboro, NC
Position Type: Full-Time
Competitive salary of $65K, depending on qualifications and experience.
We are seeking a knowledgeable and results-driven individual to serve as inside sales supervisor of Prudential Stainless & Alloys, LP, a leading master distributor dedicated to servicing metal service center customers across the USA, Canada and abroad. We provide a wide range of products, specializing in unusual and difficult to find items.
Prudential Stainless & Alloys has been in business for 76 years. We are now moving to North Carolina! We pride ourselves on cultivating an environment of respect for our employees and growing with them. For example, we have never had a layoff in all our years of business, not even during COVID. We have many employees with 10, 20 and 30 years tenure with us.

Qualifications
- Associate’s degree or higher, not required but a plus.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in sales management/supervision.
- Metal, steel, or related industry experience a plus.
- Responsible and dependable with excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational skills and math proficiency.
- Solid work history and detail oriented.
- Report directly to the General Manager.
- Lead, motivate, and supervise inside sales team.
- Ensure the team is set up for success.
- Scheduling PTO and run department meetings.
- Handle escalated customer service issues.
