Job Summary
We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Inside Sales Representative to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for generating new business opportunities through outbound calling and telemarketing efforts. You will engage with potential clients, understand their needs, and effectively communicate how our manufacturing solutions can meet those needs. Your ability to negotiate and build strong customer relationships will be key to your success.
Duties
- Conduct outbound calls to prospective customers to introduce our products and services.
- Develop and maintain relationships with existing clients while identifying opportunities for upselling.
- Utilize effective communication skills to present product features and benefits tailored to customer requirements.
- Negotiate terms and close sales in alignment with company policies.
- Collaborate with the business development team to strategize on lead generation efforts.
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions in the CRM system.
- Stay updated on industry trends and competitor offerings to effectively position our products.
- Reporting, summarizing meeting reports, TEAMS calls with manufacturers/customers
- Possible travel from time to time for training/site visits
Experience
- Previous experience in manufacturing industry sales or preferred but not required.
- Proven track record in sales, business development, or telemarketing roles is a plus. (Experience in Inside sales)
- Excellent communication skills in English, both verbal and written.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team-oriented environment.
- Familiarity with CRM software and sales tracking tools is advantageous.
- Microsoft Office suite proficiency

This position is 8-5 with an hour lunch break. Full time, salaried or possibly hourly with flexible hours for the right candidate.
