We are Looking for:
The Procurement Specialist’s primary focus will be to support production needs in coordination with stakeholders, producers, creatives, and project managers. We’re looking for someone with a passion for organization and systems thinking. Your skills will be applied to create live streaming content for online platforms. This is a fully on-site position on a temporary part-time/ad-hoc basis.
Job Responsibilities:
- Ordering/processing a high volume of procurement requisitions for products.
- Communicating directly with talent teams and internal departments.
- Tracking and updating the project team on status of procurements.
- Maintain an inventory of all items in stock and storage at NYC studio at all times.
- Facilitate product returns and donations following team SOP.
- Execute hands-on unboxing, assembly, and testing of product.
- Assist art department with product demos/setups on floor.
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
Qualifications and Experience:
- 1-2 years of directly related experience
- Ability to manage multiple activities, resources, and task priorities.
- Demonstrates self-motivation.
- Analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Demonstrates strong attention to detail.
- Strong communication skills both verbal and written.
- Ability to collaborate or work effectively in a variety of teams, including multi-disciplinary teams.
Compensation & Benefits:
Compensation range for this position $20-25/hr.
