Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Senior Help Desk Analyst to join our dynamic IT support team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional technical support and ensuring the smooth operation of our IT infrastructure. You will leverage your expertise in various technologies to assist users with their technical issues and contribute to the overall efficiency of our organization. Must have prior experience working in the Navy or supporting U.S. Navy customers.
Duties
- Provide advanced technical support for user account, hardware, software, and network-related issues, ensuring timely resolution.
- Utilize ServiceNow for ticket management and documentation of support requests.
- Analyze and troubleshoot issues related to operating systems, mobile devices, and Linux environments.
- Assist in network administration tasks, including monitoring system performance and security.
- Manage user accounts and permissions through Active Directory.
- Collaborate with other IT teams to implement solutions that enhance IT infrastructure reliability.
- Conduct training sessions for junior help desk staff on best practices and emerging technologies.
- Maintain documentation of processes, procedures, and troubleshooting guides for future reference.
Requirements
- Active DoD Security Clearance
- Prior resume listed experience supporting U.S. Navy customers
- Exceptional Oral Communication Skills for this public-facing position
- Proven experience in a technical support role, preferably as a help desk analyst or in IT support.
- Strong knowledge of ServiceNow or similar ticketing systems.
- Proficiency in network administration and troubleshooting techniques.
- Familiarity with various operating systems (Windows, macOS, Linux) and mobile device management.
- Experience with Active Directory for user account management.
- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to diagnose and resolve complex technical issues.
- Strong communication skills to effectively interact with users at all levels of the organization.
- A proactive approach to problem-solving with a focus on customer service.

Pay: $30.88 - $31.66 per hour
