Other duties include, but not limited to:
- Navy Surface Ships and Submarine signatures measurement systems and fleet support
- Magnetic Silencing systems hardware & software integration
- Underwater sensor design, testing, & evaluation
- Minimum Bachelor of Science in Electrical or Computer Engineering
- 3 to 5 years of experience in electronic design and development
- Experience with the Navy or other DoD laboratories is a plus
- Experience in analog & digital circuit design, circuit analysis, signal integrity and power integrity
- Experience with test equipment such as oscilloscopes, logic analyzers, time-domain reflectometers, DVM, function generators, etc.
- Experience with software tools such as Python, pSPICE, Altium, Cadence, LabVIEW, C/C , or MATLAB
- Proficient in testing and debugging electronic systems
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
- Proficient with Power Point, MS Word & Excel
- Ability to effectively communicate orally and in writing
- Some travel will be required
