About the Role:
Advanced Technology Construction (ATC), a growing Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Business (SDVOSB), is seeking a Quality Control Manager for federal construction projects in the Spokane area. This position plays a vital role in ensuring all project work complies with strict federal quality standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Act as the on-site representative for Quality Control, ensuring compliance with contract documents and agency regulations.
- Implement and manage the Three-Phase QC System in accordance with USACE EM 385-1-1.
- Coordinate closely with the Superintendent and Site Safety & Health Officer to deliver a high-quality, safe project.
- Maintain QC documentation, oversee testing and inspections, and manage submittals.
- Interface professionally with the federal client and subcontractor teams.
Minimum Qualifications (Required by Federal Client):
- EITHER:
- A degree in engineering, architecture, or construction management and 5 years of relevant QC experience,
- OR
- 10 years of QC experience on projects similar in size and scope without a degree.
- Experience must be in vertical or horizontal construction for federal clients such as USACE, NAVFAC, or the VA.
- Current USACE CQM-C Certification.
- U.S. Citizenship (required for access to federal project sites).
Preferred Qualifications:
- Familiarity with EM 385-1-1 safety protocols.
- OSHA 30 certification.
- Experience with Procore or RMS platforms for quality and project documentation.
- Prior experience on VA medical center or Corps of Engineers jobs.
- Compensation will be based on experience and qualifications in line with federal project standards.
