- Perform routine inspections and tests on raw materials, in-process components, and finished precast products.
- Document measurements, test results, and quality issues clearly and accurately.
- Assist with pre-pour and post-pour inspections, including dimensional checks, reinforcement placement, and surface quality.
- Work with production personnel to ensure quality standards are maintained.
- Help identify and report non-conformances, and support corrective actions.
- Maintain clean and organized testing equipment and workspace.
- Follow all safety and environmental policies and procedures.
Qualifications:
High School Diploma or equivalent required.
Basic understanding of construction or manufacturing processes preferred.
Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing quality work.
Ability to read and understand basic blueprints, drawings, and technical documents.
Comfortable working in a physical, outdoor/plant environment.
Willingness to learn and follow company training and quality standards.
Valid driver’s license may be required.
