Minimum Education and Years:
Two Basic Qualifications (required):
- Exp with FEMAP and NASTRAN pre/post processing
- Strong exp in Fatigue/Damage Tolerance (DaDT) analysis
Preferred Qualifications (desired - NOT required):
- Experience with the following tools: jFAMS, FASTRAN, DBI/SST, Catia V5, and Knotch
- Experience with the following:

- 8-12 yrs exp in aerospace structural analysis

- Exp with FEMAP and NASTRAN pre/post processing
- Strong exp in Fatigue/Damage Tolerance (DaDT) analysis
Preferred Qualifications (desired - NOT required):
- Experience with the following tools: jFAMS, FASTRAN, DBI/SST, Catia V5, and Knotch
- Experience with the following:
- Navy fatigue/DaDT methods and report writing,
- Regression analysis techniques to develop load transfer functions,
- Linear elastic fracture mechanics,
- Strain-life fatigue analysis methodology
- Analyzes, researches and develops structural engineering specifications
- Work involves metals, non-metallic or composite structural materials
- Analyzes damage tolerance, durability, design allowables and structural modeling.
- Specifics may include loads & dynamics, stability, fatigue and thermal analysis.
- Tools utilized may include CATIA, NX, CREO and others.
