REQUIRED:
- BS or MS Degree in Construction, Architecture, Civil Engineering or similar
- 10 yrs total experience in captial projects
- KEY: 5 yrs managing large complex capital projects (budgets >$10M)
- Prefer a PE or PA License
- Experience in public bids/proposals
- A Plus - Exp complying with Federal Regulations (e.g., FAA regs)
DUTIES:
- Identifying capital projects
- Contractor selections
- RFP preparation
- Contract negotiation
- All phases of construction project management
Salary : $45 - $60
