OVERVIEW :
This is a tactical role in management of third-party MSP or RPO relationships that cover all domestic and international locations.
This is NOT a role managing recruiting operations.
REQUIRED :
- Looking for Tactical TA experience preferably managing / overseeing RPO or MSP relationships
- Experience analyzing performance data to spot trends
- Experience and or ability to apply metrics and KPIs to performance
- Understanding of Six Sigma concepts such as 5 Why
