The Position: Technical Service Representative I – This position is tasked with support to customers on test and measurement equipment via phone, email, and chat. This is not an IT position!

Technical Service Representative Requirements:
- Associate’s degree in an electronic discipline preferred.
- A minimum of 2 years’ experience in electronic repair, maintenance of test equipment, or technical customer support preferred.
- Excellent troubleshooting skills via phone and email.
- Excellent customer service and attention to detail.
Technical Service Representative Responsibilities:
- Responsible for prompt technical support to Product Teams and Customers.
- Receives calls, opens cases, and resolves customer needs on equipment issues.
- Logs all activity in CRM case history and schedules required tasks into CRM.
- Plans and directs rental orders failed in field (FIF).
- Submits billing tickets for credits warranted due to FIF.
- Assists in activities required for Product Teams to quote an order.
- Provides staff with assistance in performing technical support and research.
- Consults with the Quality Manager and Lab to accurately identify problems.
- Consults with product manufacturers as necessary.
- Follows up with customers at a later date to ensure their satisfaction.
- Other duties as assigned.

Pay Grade: $24.00-$28.00 an hour
