Position Summary :
The Business Development Representative will be responsible for developing new clients for service agreements, maintaining relationships with existing and new clients, and driving revenue growth.
This role demands a deep understanding of the precious metal industry, identifying potential clients, and the ability to close a deal.
Key Responsibilities :
- As a Business Development Representative, you will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities through market research and networking
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and execute strategic plans for business growth
- Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations to prospective clients
- Negotiate contract terms and pricing agreements to maximize profitability
- Manage the entire sales process from lead generation to closing deals
- Utilize customer relationship management (CRM) software to track sales activities and manage client interactions
- Work with internal teams to ensure successful project implementation and customer satisfaction
Required Skills and Qualifications :
- Must have experience in the precious metals recovery or end of life electronics industries
