Overview:
We are seeking a professional and friendly Front Desk Receptionist to join our team. The ideal candidate should have some experience background in customer service and be proficient in various administrative tasks.
Duties:
- Greet and welcome patients in a friendly and professional manner
- Answer phone calls and emails appropriately
- Perform data entry tasks accurately and efficiently
- Assist with customer inquiries and provide exceptional customer support
- Manage office supplies and maintain a tidy reception area
- Schedule appointments and manage calendars
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail and packages
Requirements:
- Proven experience in a receptionist or administrative role
- Proficiency in using office software such as Microsoft Office Suite
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively
- Knowledge of phone systems and office equipment operation
- Experience with QuickBooks or similar accounting software is a plus
- Previous experience in real estate administrative, dental office, or office management is advantageous
