Responsibilities
- Greet and assist clients and visitors in a friendly and professional manner.
- Answer phone calls, manage inquiries, and direct calls to appropriate personnel.
- Perform data entry tasks accurately and efficiently, maintaining up-to-date records.
- Schedule appointments as needed.
- Handle clerical duties such as filing, scanning, and proofreading documents.
- Maintain a clean and organized front desk area to ensure a welcoming atmosphere.
- Assist with administrative tasks as required, including correspondence and office management.
Skills
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Microsoft Office and knowledge with computers, scanners, etc.
- Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills.
- Experience with data entry and maintaining accurate records.
- Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Familiarity with general office procedures and equipment.
- Other duties as needed and/or assigned
- Bilingual in Spanish required.
