What are the responsibilities and job description for the Technical Sales Representative position at Advanced Worker?
POSITION SUMMARY
This is an outside sales position responsible for growing all sales within a defined geographic sales territory. They will bring value to our distributor partners and their customers by solving industries’ most demanding challenges and sell solutions and services that work. Our service model could best be described as “We find ways to say YES!” We only hire the best and brightest people, individuals that want to be the experts in their field.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Will have ownership of a defined geographic territory.
- Cover a multi-state territory, requiring 40% - 65% travel
- Implement and execute the national sales strategy
- Participate in CRM pipeline reviews
- Identify potential end-users accounts, secure product specifications, and drive sales through partner distributors
- Lead product training for partner distributors
- Joint sales calls with partner distributors
- Attend industry trade shows
QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor’s Degree, technical or related
- Industry experience
- Metal product experience
- Mechanically inclined – willing to work in industrial settings
- 2-5 years outside industrial sales or related education and experience
REQUIREMENTS
- 40% - 65% Overnight travel
- Valid Driver’s License with limited moving violations
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $90,000.00 - $110,000.00 per year
