JOB DESCRIPTION : We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Executive Assistant to support our C-Suite staff. As an Executive Assistant, you will play a pivotal role in the efficiency and effectiveness of our company's leadership. This position demands a high level of attention-to-detail, discretion, and adaptability. The Executive Assistant will represent the company in character, professionalism, and dedication to our continued success. You will work closely with the CEO, CAO, General Counsel, CMO, and other Chief Officers to manage their complex schedules, coordinate key activities, create and improve presentations, manage employees, and handle sensitive information with the utmost confidentiality.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES :
- Executive Support : Provide comprehensive administrative support to the CEO, CAO, General Counsel, CMO, and other Chief Officers, including calendar management, handling documents, developing administrative best practices, meeting coordination, and travel arrangements.
- Confidentiality : Handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion and always maintain the highest level of confidentiality and discretion.
- Communication : Act as a liaison between the CEO, CAO, General Counsel, CMO, and internal / external stakeholders, managing communication and ensuring timely responses.
- Organizational Efficiency : Maintain and organize executive files, documents, and correspondence. Ensure that all necessary materials are prepared timely for meetings and presentations.
- Project Management : Oversee special projects and initiatives as directed by the Chief Officers. Monitor deadlines and deliverables to ensure timely completion.
- Leadership Support : Manage and cultivate relationships with key stakeholders within the organization, promoting a culture of servant leadership.
- Technology Proficiency : Utilize Microsoft Word, Excel, Teams, and PowerPoint to create reports, presentations, and other documents as needed.
- Time Management : Prioritize and manage multiple tasks efficiently, demonstrating a strong sense of awareness and urgency.
