AdvancedPCB., a leader in PCB manufacturing is seeking a highly motivated Quality Assurance Manager with PCB manufacturing experience, to join our growing team. The Quality Assurance Manager is responsible for ensuring that the product meets established standards of quality including reliability, usability, and performance as specified by the customer.
Main job Tasks, Duties and Responsibilities:
· Review, revise, and draft quality assurance policies and procedures;
· Analyze and implement quality assurance standards and procedures;
· Evaluate the adequacy of quality assurance standards;
· Devise sampling procedures and direction for recording and reporting quality data;
· Review the implementation and efficiency of quality and inspection systems;
· Plan, conduct, and monitor testing and inspection of materials and products to ensure finished product quality;
· Document internal audits and other quality assurance activities;
· Investigate customer complaints and non-conformance issues;
· Collect and compile statistical quality data;
· Analyze data to identify areas for improvement;
· Develop, recommend, and monitor corrective and preventive actions;
· Prepare reports to communicate outcomes of quality activities;
· Identify training needs and organize training interventions to meet quality standards;
· Coordinate and support on-site audits conducted by external parties;
· Evaluate audit findings and implement appropriate action;
· Monitor risk management activities;
· Responsible for document management systems;
· Assure ongoing compliance with quality and industry regulatory requirements;
· Monitor all operations on the production floor that affect quality
· Assure the reliability and consistency of production by checking processes and final output
· Appraise customers’ requirements and ensure their satisfaction
· Report all malfunctions to production executives to ensure immediate action
Requirements:Education and Experience:
- Must have experience in printed circuit board manufacturing
- Bachelors degree preferred
- Quality control certification is a strong advantage (ISO 9000 etc.)
- Experience with the implementation of corrective action programs
- Proven experience as a quality assurance manager or relevant role
- Thorough knowledge of methodologies of quality assurance and standards
- Excellent numerical skills and understanding of data analysis/statistical methods
- Strong computer skills including MS Office, QA applications, and databases
- A Mil-Aero background in PWBS with some rigid flex experience is helpful
- Excellent communication skills; written and verbal
- Great attention to detail and a result-driven approach
- Excellent organizational and leadership abilities
