Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our team. This role involves conducting assessments, developing treatment plans, and providing direct support to clients, particularly children and individuals with disabilities.
Duties
- Conduct comprehensive patient assessments to identify behavioral needs and goals.
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on applied behavior analysis principles.
- Provide direct behavioral therapy to clients, utilizing evidence-based techniques.
- Monitor client progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary to ensure optimal outcomes.
- Maintain accurate medical documentation and records in compliance with regulatory standards.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, including educators, therapists, and family members, to support client development.
- Conduct diagnostic evaluations to assess client needs and inform treatment strategies.
- Provide training and support to caregivers and staff on behavior management techniques.
Experience
- Board Certification in Behavior Analysis is required.
- Experience working with children and individuals with disabilities is highly preferred.
- Proficiency in medical terminology and documentation practices is essential.
- Strong skills in patient care, assessment, and behavioral therapy are necessary for success in this role.
- Familiarity with diagnostic evaluation processes is a plus.
