We’re looking for a motivated and experienced Call Center Agent with strong phone skills and a proven track record in appointment setting. Responsibilities

Make 100 outbound calls daily to potential sellers

Manage and respond to incoming leads via phone, email, and text

Set and confirm appointments for vehicle inspections

Track and update lead information in the CRM

Follow up with missed/canceled appointments and past customers

Provide a smooth, professional customer experience from first contact to appointment

Stay up to date with current automotive product knowledge

Collaborate with the team to help hit center-wide performance goals
Qualifications

Call Center experience required (minimum 2 years preferred)

Strong phone presence with the ability to build instant rapport

Confident handling objections and overcoming resistance

Organized and self-driven—comfortable meeting daily call/appointment goals

Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Professional, friendly, and energetic personality
