To continue operating at our high standards, we’re seeking an experienced Operations Planner/Scheduler to join our team. This candidate will be a born leader with previous planning/scheduling experience. This candidate must have proven experience overseeing operations, an expert communicator with a strong ability to delegate responsibilities and collaborate across a wide range of departments. The ideal candidate will be driven by the desire to lead a team toward maximum productivity and efficiency while upholding the company values.

Responsibilities

  • Assist in performing acceptability analysis based on current scheduling requirements and availability of resources.
  • Determine resource availability, such as tools, facility capacity, components, or labor hours, coordinating with resource providers on issues which could potentially impact the Master Schedule.
  • Coordinate and establish downtime for maintenance events.
  • Input data into systems as required.

Education and/or work Experience Requirements:

  • High School diploma and 2 years equivalent experience.
  • Bachelor’s degree in related field – preferred.
  • At least 2 years’ experience in aircraft maintenance environment.
  • Interpersonal skills necessary to establish and maintain effective working relationships with co-workers, employees, customers, management, and contractor.
  • Analytical skills necessary to research, review and accommodate scheduling requirements.
  • Planning and organizational skills necessary to prioritize and coordinate workload within a multiple project setting with rapidly changing priorities.

Physical Requirements:

  • Ability to perform the essential job functions consistently safely and successfully with the ADA, FMLA and other federal, state and local standards, including meeting qualitative and/or quantitative productivity standards.
  • Ability to maintain regular, punctual attendance consistent with the ADA, FMLA and other federal, state and local standards.
  • Must be able to lift and carry up to 25 lbs.
  • Must be able to talk, listen and speak clearly on telephone

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $50,000.00 - $53,000.00 per year
