Position Summary:
Under general supervision, provides assessment and counseling services in an integrated care environment. Integrated Care Clinicians work in collaboration with a care coordination team to ensure that clients are receiving other needed services from outside provides, with an emphasis on primary healthcare. They also track clinical outcomes using standardized instruments. This position includes training in trauma-focused treatments for youth and adults as well as the potential for work with veterans and other individuals diagnosed with PTSD.
Scheduled Hours:
- Monday, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday 8:30A - 5:00P
- Tuesday 8:30A - 7:00P
- 2nd and 4th Saturday 8:30A - 5:00P
Job Responsibilities
- Performs comprehensive psychosocial assessments.
- Collaborates with clients to develop comprehensive treatment plans that include healthcare goals and objectives.
- Utilizes standardized clinical outcome assessments to measure treatment progress and inform treatment interventions.
- Provides routine individual, group, and family counseling to youth and adults with primary behavioral health diagnoses.
- Makes referrals to other needed care outside of behavioral health.
- Provides crisis evaluation and referral.
- Collaborates with the care coordination team to assist clients in follow up with other providers both within and outside the agency.
- Participates in regular staff meetings to review higher risk clients.
- Completes specialized training in trauma-specific treatments, including any required case consultation.
- When indicated, provides trauma specific treatment for youth and adults diagnosed with PTSD or other trauma related disorders.
- Completes clinical documentation timely for all client encounters.
- Maintains appropriate state license to practice

Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications:
Clinician 1: Masters degree in a related area from an accredited college or university AND eligibility to be licensed in the state of Georgia.
Clinician 2: Masters degree in a related area from an accredited college or university AND associate licensure in the state of Georgia.
Clinician 3: Masters degree in a related area from an accredited college or university AND full clinical licensure in the state of Georgia.
Preferred Qualifications:
Bilingual, Spanish speaking preferred
