We are seeking a motivated and customer-oriented Service & Sales BDC Representative to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for handling inbound and outbound calls, scheduling service appointments, and providing excellent customer support. You will play a crucial role in enhancing customer satisfaction and ensuring smooth service department operations.
Key Responsibilities
Answer inbound service calls and assist customers with inquiries, appointment scheduling, and service follow-ups.
Make outbound calls to confirm appointments, follow up on missed appointments, and promote service specials.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in the CRM system.
Collaborate with the service team to ensure seamless communication between customers and service advisors.
Provide exceptional customer service by addressing concerns and resolving issues promptly.
Maintain knowledge of service department promotions and offerings to effectively communicate with customers.
Meet or exceed performance goals related to call handling and appointment scheduling.
Qualifications & Skills
High school diploma or equivalent (required); college degree preferred.
Previous experience in a Business Development Center (BDC), customer service, or call center environment (preferred).
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to handle high call volumes and multitask effectively.
Proficiency in CRM systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
A positive and professional attitude with a strong work ethic.
