Advantage Contractor Solutions has been providing new residential home builders with flooring needs for the past 32 years. We are very proud of our client list, which includes many of the prestigious top-quality builders such as DR Horton, Gerstad Builders, Greenscape Homes, Lennar, Pulte Homes, Shodeen, Silverthorne Homes, and Toll Brothers! Our installations total OVER 18,000 homes in suburban Chicagoland, southern Wisconsin, and northwest Indiana.

Advantage Contractor Solutions is currently seeking a Purchasing Administrator to join our team. The Purchasing Administrator will be responsible for creating and executing work orders for new construction projects, ensuring smooth operations between vendors and our builders.

Work Hours : Monday - Friday, 6 : 30 am to 3 : 00 pm.

Pay Scale : $35-$38k / yr, depending on experience

Required Qualifications :

High school diploma (Associate Degree or higher preferred).

Excellent communication skills & ability to multi-task.

Strong attention to detail and critical thinking skills.

Computer proficient with knowledge of Microsoft Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).

Experience in the construction trades is a plus, but not required.

Job Responsibilities :

Creating, managing, and receiving purchase orders.

Calculating material requirements and generating computer-based orders to assist production teams.

Maintaining and updating builder schedules.

Serving as the liaison between vendors and builders for project needs.

Assisting in tracking inventory.

Salary : $35,000 - $38,000
