We are seeking an insightful, detail-oriented Purchasing Manager to join our team and support our clients by ensuring they have the essential supplies and equipment needed for daily operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct comparative analysis of potential suppliers.
- Manage relationships with key suppliers to maintain product quality, ensure timely delivery, and uphold contract terms.
- Place orders within budgetary limits.
- Communicate and interact effectively and tactfully with clients.
- Oversee online procurement software.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
- Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy.
- Knowledge of vendor sourcing practices (research, evaluation, and liaising with vendors).
- Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
