Location : Annapolis Junction, Maryland
All work is on-site. This is not a hybrid or remote position.
Clearance : Active Top Secret / SCI security clearance with Polygraph .
Certifications : None.
Mission : As a Telecommunications System Engineer, you will be involved in configuration, troubleshooting, installation, or removals of systems. You will support configuration, troubleshooting of user profiles within the Skype for Business application and Active Directory. You will also be responsible for configuration of the Voice and Video Conferencing Systems and responding to security incident reports. You will also work with customer ticket in the Support IT ticketing system.
Requirements :
- U.S. Citizenship
- Active TS / SCI with polygraph
- BS in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or similar
- Good communication skills
- Must be a creative problem solver
