This is a full-time position with base salary and the opportunity for bonus pay based on performance. Our successful branch managers have sales and collections experience and a positive outlook. Previous management experience in the operation of a Consumer Loan Office and a good working knowledge of the Consumer Loan Laws for the State of Louisiana are required. Duties outlined as follows:
- Loan underwriting and receivable growth in customers and outstanding
- Bad debt management
- Recruiting and training of personnel
- Maintain a clean, neat, and professional office environment

Job Requirements
Preferred Skills as follows:
- Must have management experience in the consumer finance industry, dealer development skills and ancillary insurance sales experience
- Must have valid Driver's License and reliable transportation
- Must be able to be licensed to sell insurance
- Must be high school graduate or equivalent
- Must have excellent communication skills
- Must have high organizational skills
- Must have computer knowledge and skills in Microsoft Windows
