Year 1 earning potential can be as high as $95,000/year. The compensation package includes a base pay of $20/hour, plus commissions, bonuses, and renewal commissions. QUALIFICATIONS FOR A HEALTH INSURANCE AGENT / MEDICARE SALES REPRESENTATIVE

• Proficient computer skills and comfortable using CRM tools

• Active Texas Health and Life Insurance License (or the ability to obtain one). We are open to providing support for Top Sales Producers in obtaining their license.

Responsibilities

• Engage with clients to assess their Medicare insurance needs and provide tailored solutions.
• Utilize strong communication skills to explain policy details and benefits clearly.
• Collaborate with the sales team to achieve sales targets and enhance customer satisfaction.
• Maintain accurate records of client interactions and sales activities using computer systems.
• Stay informed about industry regulations, including HIPAA, to ensure compliance in all transactions.
• Conduct follow-ups with clients to ensure ongoing satisfaction and address any concerns.

WORK SCHEDULE

This is a full-time position, typically Monday through Friday from 8:30 AM to 5:30 PM. During peak seasons, some Saturday shifts may be required.
