What are the responsibilities and job description for the LPN - Portage/Stark Counties position at Advantage Home Health Services?
What we are looking for is the newest member of our nursing team. Licensed Practical Nurses (LPN)-- Stark & Portage Counties! We’ve already got the caseloads if you’ve got the desire and drive to make a positive impact on the lives of these patients and their families.
A little about the job:
- We’re a Skilled Home Health company meaning that we provide short-term intermittent care to get our patients better and back to their lives. This is NOT shift work.
- Our LPNs see 6 patients per day.
- Prior experience in skilled home health is always a good thing! However, we’re willing to invest the time and resources to train the right LPN if you’re willing to learn.
- Do you travel? YES. You make your own schedule. On average our nurses drive between 20-30 miles per day within their territories. We do reimburse mileage.
The Role
We are looking for a compassionate and skilled LPN to join our team, focusing on providing top-notch nursing care and support in a home health setting. The ideal candidate will have experience in a similar role and possess:
- Excellent teamwork skills, aiding both patients and colleagues.
- Strong communication capabilities, effectively coordinating with patients, caregivers, and the healthcare team
