Marketing Responsibilities:
- Attending work events for photos/ videos:
- Technician monthly meetings
- Contractor lunch-ins
- Home shows
- Business-after-hours
- Tools for schools
- MMBA events
- Field work - gathering material for content for marketing pieces (following install crews, gutter guides or taking photos or videos of finished projects)
- Managing and posting to all social medias (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, Pinterest, Youtube, Google, Homeadvisor, Houzz, BBB, Yelp, Website, ect.):
- Creating ads and ensuring the leads from ads are handed to a CSR
- Responding to messages, comments, or tags from any social media within 24 hours.
- Responding to all reviews from any review site within 4 hours during the work-week and every Monday by noon from the weekend. All reviews are to be communicated with office staff and 1-star ratings are to be taken directly to the owner.
Creating
- Working with other marketing departments outside of our company to create content that best fits our companies branding and aesthetics:
- Creating radio ads
- Creating all print pieces (direct mailers, fliers, billboard designs, door hangers, or any new marketing pieces)
- Creating all digital marketing online presence pieces
- Creating marketing emails
- Creating graphics for email pieces using "Keynote", "Canva", or "Adobe Illustrate"
- Filming and editing promotional videos
- Optimizing workflow for incoming leads using 3rd party sites such as Zapier or Service Titan bookings
- Staying up-to-date on any new marketing tactic or strategy and ensuring our company is up-to-date (such as new updates from any social media platform/Google)
- Attending ongoing trainings or workshops
- Creating, running and scheduling all promotions through all digital marketing channels
- Making online job postings for upcoming positions opened on Facebook, really, Craigslist, Brainerd Chamber listings
- Sponsoring ads for job postings on Facebook, really, Craigslist
- ROI reporting for all marketing we are doing on monthly basis
Marketing Requirements:
- Bachelor of Science degree in Marketing, preferred
- Proficiency in Adobe Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop) and video software
- A minimum of two years of experience in a Marketing, or similar position
- Attention to detail and follow-up
- Team player, with an ability to communicate across all levels
- Able to work flexible hours when needed
- Willing to travel to other office locations with potential overnights
- Self-motivated and directed, able to work with little direction
- Highly creative, with the ability to communicate ideas clearly
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $50,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
