Accounting Admin

As an Accounting Admin you will assist Accounting personnel and perform office manager functions.

In This Role You Will

• Enter new non-trade vendor records and update existing vendor records as needed
• Reconcile monthly statements from non-trade vendors
• Reconcile company credit cards, ensuring all backup documentation is provided
• Convert purchase orders to vouchers in some situations
• Get non-trade expenses ready for check printing or ACH processing on a weekly basis
• Enter cash receipts, as needed
• Complete some general filings for the accounting department, as necessary
• Answer phone calls while sitting at the front desk, as needed
• Order office and breakroom supplies
• Backup in AP and AR, as needed
  
  

What You Bring To The Table

• 2 years of college level Business courses or related field
• 2 years of accounts payable experience; or combination of education, training and experience that provides the required knowledge, skills and abilities
• Attention to detail
• Strong communication skills
• Computer skills
  
  

Work Shift and Hours: Monday - Friday, standard business hours, in office

Compensation Details: The expected pay rate for this position is starting at $19.23 per hour depending on experience.
