What are the responsibilities and job description for the Insurance Sales Agent position at Advantage Insurance, LLC?
We are looking for experienced sales agents to connect with our insurance customers. Those with sales experience in Florida's property & casualty insurance market (Personal and/or Commercial) are welcome to apply. On the job, one-on-one training will be provided.
Our agency specializes in P&C Insurance. Our long history and positive reputation attracts a large surplus of applicants whom we must provide top of the line service.
Performance Expectations:
- Responsible for 1-3 policies issued per day from warm leads
- Respond to customer inquiries via telephone and/or email in a timely manner.
- Process customer requests for policy changes, proof of insurance and cancellations according to established company policies and procedures.
- Process insurance carrier requests for additional information according to established company policies and procedures.
- Enter customer payments in the appropriate insurance carrier systems as necessary
- Obtain trailing documents and forward to appropriate carriers
- Solicit opportunities for Insurance Sales Agents to cross-sell other lines of business
- Update agency management system with details of all customer interactions and transactions.
- Commit to continuing education and other requirements to maintain the required licensing.Paid Time-off (80-120 hours), Sales Commission, and 401K with employer match 5%.
Key Capabilities:
