Administrative Assistant
We are looking for an Administrative Assistant to perform a variety of administrative and clerical tasks.
Qualifications:
- High School diploma or GED certificate.
- 1 years experience in an office setting preferred.
- Excellent knowledge of general clerical activities, including answering phones, faxing, scanning, scheduling, assisting clients and resolving problems and inquiries.
- Bilingual Required: English and Spanish.
- General computer knowledge.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize duties effectively.
- Must be able to work independently with little supervision or as an integral part of a team.
- Must have reliable transportation with valid driver's license and proof of insurance.
Responsibilities:
- Greet clients upon arrival at the office and assist as needed; resolve inquiries and gather client information.
- Schedule appointments.
- Answer incoming calls and ensure timely responses to inquiries.
- Complete and submit health insurance applications; gather and submit necessary documentation.
- Process payments.
- Establish, maintain and update files.
- Miscellaneous tasks as assigned.
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: From $12.50 per hour
