Key Responsibilities
- Locate subjects involved in assigned investigations.
- Conduct covert observations of subjects through both stationary and mobile surveillance techniques.
- Document subject activities using video recording devices.
- Prepare comprehensive written logs detailing observations (Surveillance Reports).
- Upload video evidence and surveillance reports for client review.
- Strong creative thinking abilities.
- Self-motivated with a commitment to excellence.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills.
- Ability to meet the state-mandated requirements for obtaining and maintaining a Private Detective/Private Investigator license in multiple states.
- Capability to pass a 10-panel drug screening.
- A clean driving record and availability during weekends and holidays.
Candidates must meet the following criteria to be considered:
- A background in Criminal Justice, military service (with honorable discharge), law enforcement experience, or loss prevention experience is highly desirable.
- A Private Investigator license for New Jersey is preferred.
- Prior experience in surveillance and workers’ compensation investigations is a plus.
- Experience with video surveillance activities is advantageous.
