Mandatory skills / certification(s) Requirement :
Two years of office and / or field experience conducting investigations, collecting evidence, and preparing investigative reports related to civil, or regulatory matters involving fraud, misrepresentation, or other acts of civil misconduct.
Including :
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Ability to compile, organize, review and interpret data and material; prepare correspondence; communicate effectively verbally and in writing.
Job Description :
Investigate discrimination and sexual harassment complaints;
Conduct interviews of complainants, witnesses, respondents; drafting summaries of interviews;
Prepare investigation plans and prepare final investigation reports;
Assist in developing and providing trainings on matters related to discrimination and harassment in the workplace;
Draft formal letters related to the investigation;
Review and monitor employment practices and procedures to ensure compliance with State and Federal anti-discrimination laws and EEO / AA policies and procedures;
Monitor and manage office email inbox.
Assist in tracking and maintaining records of discrimination and sexual harassment complaints;
Prepare necessary correspondence; performing other duties as required.
