Our business is growing and we need reliable people who want and are willing to learn and grow with us. We are located six miles off I-85 on Blacksburg Rd (198) between Grover and Shelby.
Job Description:
Job details will include but are not limited to creating and maintaining sales of Decking, Decking Fasteners/Accessories, and Hardwood Lumber/Flooring. Position is for full-time employment; Monday-Friday 8:30-5:00 plus a few hours of OT per week on a rotating basis. Benefits are available after 90 days.
Tasks and Responsibilities:
• Learn and master the company’s products and operational procedures
• Be able to articulate the benefits of products to prospective customers relative to prospects' needs persuasively via the phone
• Learn competition to enhance your sales success
• Act proactively to create opportunities for new business
• Make warm and cold calls using both marketing-driven leads and contact lists to prospective and existing customers in order to create new sales and identify and pursue up-sell opportunities
• Build relationships to provide repeat business
• Work with operations as needed to ensure quality customer service and customer satisfaction
